My style of Osteopathy allows me to deliver Osteopathic care to a variety of patients from newborns to the elderly.
I have been providing osteopathic services in the Canberra community since 1998. After graduating from RMIT I worked as an associate with two experienced osteopaths in Deakin before starting my own clinic, Inner North Osteopathy from 2002- 2010. Currently, I run my own clinic, InOsteopathy, on the Sapphire Coast and commute to Canberra monthly to provide osteopathic healthcare.
I have worked with various AFL teams and in this capacity enjoyed working alongside Physiotherapists, Myotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Sports Trainers, Conditioning Coaches and Sports Physicians. I continue to refer to other allied health professionals or medical practitioners to obtain the best treatment and management outcomes for patients.
I enjoy working with patients who prioritise their health and understand that addressing their musculoskeletal concerns is interrelated with diet, movement, good sleep and stress management. Whilst my background in sport led me to pursue a profession in Osteopathy I enjoy delivering care to all walks of life. My treatment style includes soft tissue massage/stretching, balance membrane/ligamentous techniques, Muscle energy techniques, High-velocity manipulation, Osteopathy in the cranial field and Biodynamics. Additionally, I have completed dry-needling courses.
In my spare time, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, walking my dog Evie and spending time in nature. I volunteer at Pambula SLSC and have rowed in four George Bass Surfboat Marathons. Currently, I am enjoying mountain biking on new trails along the coast.
