After being born and raised in Melbourne, I am proud to have been providing osteopathic services to the Canberra community since 2008. I enjoy treating patients from all walks of life, presenting with all types of musculoskeletal complaints. I have a special interest in treating back and neck pain, headaches, and vertigo (BPPV). I generally treat using a direct style of osteopathic treatment, however enjoy being able to adapt my style or choice of techniques to suit the patient and their presenting condition.
I value being part of a collaborative healthcare team, which includes my colleagues as well as other medical and allied health professionals that may be involved in the overall care and management of my patients. I also appreciate patients who are keen and willing to play an active role in their health journey, as they themselves form the most important member of the team.
From 2009 to 2010 I was the ACT State President of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA) and I was also an AOA federal board member from 2009 to 2012.
Outside of work, I am kept fairly busy with my four children, who all keep my life quite crazy but full of fun. I also have a deep love of music, cooking, and time spent with family and friends.
