I’ve recently returned to Canberra after a big adventure providing treatment in the Swiss Alps, working aboard a private superyacht in the Mediterranean, and spending time in my hometown in country Victoria. I enjoy adapting my skills to suit a wide range of environments and people, including several seasons working with AFL footy clubs.
My approach to osteopathy combines a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and biomechanics to support the body’s innate ability to heal and restore its balance.
This may include a combination of direct and indirect techniques — such as joint manipulation, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, biodynamics, and rehab exercises. My aim is to always meet your body where it is at on the day, and work as a team in moving towards your fullest potential. It is important to me that I can educate and provide you with tools and knowledge to feel empowered along your health journey.
One of the many things I love about osteopathy is the variety of musculoskeletal conditions we treat — from headaches, jaw dysfunction, and chronic pain to acute injuries and many more, I enjoy whatever it is that appears on the day.
With a background in competing and working in sport, I have developed a particular interest in concussion management and rehab, completing further studies in this area.
Outside of work, my absolute favourite activity in the whole world is skiing. But as this is entirely season-dependent, you may also find me running, drinking good coffee, chasing the salt water, or engaging in any activity that requires a new outdoor adventure.
